A high-level delegation from the European Investment Bank visits the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization

CAIRO – May 17, 2022: CEO of the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization in Fustat Ahmed Ghoneim received a high-level delegation from the European Investment Bank.

This visit was part of the museum’s concern to receive public and important figures, as part of the series of visits it has witnessed since its opening in April 2021, to support all means of fruitful cooperation with all The parties involved.

Lamis Abdel Rahman, a member of public relations at the museum, gave the delegation a tour inside its halls, where they toured the Central Exhibition Hall, the Egyptian Textile Hall and the Royal Mummies Hall.

Abdel Rahman provided them with a detailed presentation of the history of the museum, the story of its creation, the scenario of the museum’s exhibition and the unique archaeological collections it houses which tell the story of Egyptian civilization through ages.

Moreover, Abdel Rahman gave them an overview of the most important educational, cultural and societal activities provided by the museum in its role as a cultural beacon.

During the visit, the members of the delegation expressed their joy of the visit and their fascination with the unique archaeological collections, which are presented with the latest scientific methods to illustrate the development of Egyptian civilization throughout history.
