Muscat: The National Museum launched the New Year’s Calendar and Notebook documenting the historical legacy of the late Sultan Said bin Taimur from the collections.
The National Museum said: âThe museum has launched the Calendar and Notebook (1443-1444 / 2022) where the phrase ‘Muhibukum’ is the front cover and inspired by one of the official seals of the late Sultan Said bin Taimur. The calendar and notebook highlight aspects of the legacy of the late Sultan Said bin Taimur in various fields and review a number of royal artifacts, which document the historical stages in the life of the late Sultan. ”
“The selected objects, which were acquired by the National Museum, highlight the reign of the late Sultan Said bin Taimur. The collection included a necklace of amulets presented to the late Sultan Qaboos bin Said by his father, the late Sultan. Said bin Taimur, a commemorative gift box presented by the Hyderabadi ithnÃ£’ashari (twelve) of Mattrah as an oath of allegiance to Sultan Said bin Taimur, in addition to an album of banknotes and a commemorative plaque al -Bab al-Kabir dating from 1354 AH / 1935 CE The collection also includes commemorative stamps.
The 2022 calendar is a continuation of the 2021 calendar, which was topped with the word âMuhibukumâ Qaboos bin Said, and highlighted parts of the great legacy immortalized by the late Sultan Qaboos bin Said bin Taimur.
